Tech Lead for Data Science/Data Modeling Team (PowerBI/Tableau)

Location: Hartford, CT

Contrac:12+ Months



Must be local to Hartford and be able to go into the office 3 days a week. Non-local candidates will not be considered.

May do in person interview for final round.

Must have extensive experience with Power BI, Tableau.

Require Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 10+ years' experience overall.

3+ years in Reporting and Data analytics

Proficiency in data analysis tools, reporting and visualization software

Must have extensive experience with Power BI, Tableau

Experience with data management practices, including data cleaning and transformation. (This is a critical must have.)

Must have strong knowledge of SQL for data querying.

Must have demonstrated experience leading a team of analysts, ensuring data accuracy, and translating business needs into actionable insights through data-driven reports and dashboards.

Must have hands-on experience developing and implementing a comprehensive reporting framework that aligns with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

Must show experience evaluating and selecting appropriate reporting and analytics tools, ensuring their effective integration and utilization by the team.

Must Health Care experience



Roles & Responsibilities

Partner with product and business stakeholders to understand business requirements.

Examine data to find significant customer insights and potential uses for the information

Lead a small team of data analysts, and collaborating with product and technology teams to align reporting needs with strategic objectives
