Job Description:

• Lead QA and systems analysis activities for healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations (HIPAA, ICD, CPT, HL7, FHIR).


• Gather, document, and validate business/system requirements for healthcare applications.


• Design and oversee test strategies, plans, and execution to ensure system quality.


• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and QA analysts to resolve issues and improve processes.


• Perform data validation, workflow analysis, and integration testing for healthcare systems.


• Mentor and guide junior QA and SA team members.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in QA/SA roles, with at least 2–3 years in a lead capacity.


• Strong healthcare domain expertise (payer, provider, claims, enrollment, EHR/EMR).


• Proficiency in SQL and testing tools.


• Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and communication skills.


• Proven leadership and team management experience.
