Job Description: Responsibilities: The Department of Health (DoH) requires a Change management Lead – Prescriber and Clinician Engagement (CM3) to support the CIS Program. The role of Change management Lead encompasses several activities to lead the planning and implementation of Prescriber and Clinician engagement strategies to build shared ownership and collaboration, awareness of the program, understanding of impacts and benefits and motivate and engage these impacted groups to be part of the transformation. The Change management Lead will be required to work closely with HR, Comms, CMIOs, CNIOs and other program leaders to deliver tactics that build readiness of Prescribers and Clinicians. With the support of the rest of the Change Management Team, Clinical Team Lead, and Project Managers the CM will be responsible for:
- Lead the development and design of change management approaches to support Prescribers and Clinicians
- Lead the planning and coordination of engagement events, including preparation of agendas, content, and translation.
- Lead the collection of Change Impacts relevant to Prescriber and Clinician Audiences.
- Plan, track and manage tasks using the Program management tool – Jira.
- Work with the Change Management and Communications Lead to identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
- Collect feedback through Prescriber and Clinician networks, analyze Change Readiness Survey results and respond to this feedback by adapting engagement tactics
The chosen individual's work will be comprised of a mixture of steady state and project-based efforts. Some after hours and weekend work may be required for the successful candidate, however, any overtime or work during non-business hours must be approved in advance. Requirements / Qualifications:

- Has proven experience in Change Management and in the development of change management programs
- Has proven experience in the development of training and communication plans
- Has experience in the delivery of a Benefits Evaluation Strategy and Plan
- Has experience facilitating workshops
- Has experience in presenting to Senior Management levels
- Identifies and assesses change impacts to the organizations business processes and technology solutions
- Analyses and evaluates each alternative based on business and technical impact and cost/benefit considerations, and proposes, justifies, plans and costs the implementation of the selected alternative.
- Engages stakeholders in contributing to effective change
- Develops and/or implements a change management process and tools
- Plans, directs and controls the activities of a the change management team within scheduled time and cost parameters
- Supervision:
- May work independently or under the general supervision of a Program Director.
- The Change Manager provides work leadership to business owners and reports project related changes to the Project Manager

WORK LOCATION AND TRAVEL The location of work will be remote, but the proponents should be able to travel to the province of New Brunswick at least once a month throughout the project duration.

- Partner with CMIOs, CNIOs and other program leaders to deliver tactics that build readiness of Prescribers and Clinicians.
- Collaborate directly with communications, engagement and HR resources as needed.
- Lead the planning and coordination of engagement events, including preparation of agendas, content, and translation.
- Lead the collection of Change Impacts relevant to Prescriber and Clinician Audiences.
- As the CMC team grows, oversee day to day work of team members supporting Prescriber and Clinician engagement activities.
- Plan, track and manage tasks using the Program management tool – Jira.
- Work with the CMC Lead to identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
- Collect feedback through Prescriber and Clinician networks, analyze Change Readiness Survey results and respond to this feedback by adapting engagement tactics
The individual will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete the Department's Privacy Training prior to commencing the assignment.
