Must Have's-


  1. Very Good Communication Skills

  2. Should be interact with multiple partners to resolve a particular issue.

  3. Work independently or Self Starter on any given problem.

  4. It should worked on any ticketing system before where ticket is assigned to him and he has taken certain action on that ticket by analyzing logs, troubleshooting issues and providing end-resolutions.

  5. Should be hands-on in troubleshooting and analyzing issues.

  6. Person will be on rotation role and may require to work one weekend per month in office.

  7. Development background is a PLUS.

  8. He will be part of Mobile App Support team, so he will analyzing API's, servers, logs for the issue analysis.

  9. Healthcare domain experience is PLUS.




Job Description:


  1. Experience in Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management

  2. Prioritize workload, providing timely and accurate resolutions.

    Perform production support activities which involve assignment of issues and issue analysis and resolution within the specified SLAs.

  3. Provide daily support with resolution of escalated tickets and act as liaison to business and technical leads to ensure issues are resolved in timely manner.

    Suggest fixes to complex issues by doing a thorough analysis of root cause and impact of the defect.
