PURPOSE/SUMMARY 



The ERP Analyst Supply Chain-Manufacturing position is responsible for analyzing current business processes to optimize and implement new technical avenues for process improvement. This also includes translating functional requirements into technical requirements, reviewing and monitoring development, testing, Org specific documentation and following Change Management process. 

The ERP Analyst Supply Chain-Manufacturing is responsible for day-to-day user support of Oracle Supply Chain, Manufacturing Applications and serves as a primary contact for questions regarding Oracle EBS and related applications. Person will have significantly daily interaction with the Operation Team (Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Shipping, Item Management, BOM, Customer Service) with emphasis on supporting and enhancing applications and business processes. 

 

This position will provide timely onsite Oracle expertise, support and quicker turn-around for implementation of several Oracle EBS Projects.



PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List of 8 – 10 key tasks required of the job which are essential to the performance of this job)



Serve as the primary liaison between the business users, functional and development teams for the Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing Applications, including Oracle SCM Cloud. 

This includes translating functional requirements into technical development projects that incorporate best business practices; reviewing and monitoring development, develop test plan, facilitating testing, implementing, documenting user guidance, executing training and upgrade for different Oracle EBS modules including WIP, MRP/ASCP, Bills of Materials, Routing, Inventory, Purchasing, Capacity Planning, Change Management.

Perform data analysis to assess the current state of manufacturing operations to identify & recommend improvements, verify & validate the resulting requirements, and determine solutions that meet stakeholder needs.

Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops, use cases, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, interface analysis, task & workflow analysis, focus groups, brainstorming, and prototyping

Support the Oracle EBS for day to day operation, ensuring the Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes completes successfully, accurate and timely; and serve as the go to person for questions related to Oracle. 

Provide support and guidance with errors or when configuration updates are required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

5+ years' experience in Oracle Supply Chain Specifically Manufacturing Operations.

Previous experience with Oracle EBS

Good decision making and leadership skills.

Experienced with implementation & Support of Oracle MRP/MPS, Shop Floor(MES/MOC) & ASCP projects.

Prior Industry experience working in Med Device manufacturing role like Material Mgr., Master Scheduler, Planner or Buyer is Plus.

Considerable knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

Ability to deal with Oracle inbound and outbound integrations with other systems.

Solid understanding of fundamental business processes within Manufacturing (planning, production, inventory control) and the ability to identify the impact of business process over other.

Strong project management experience with multi-phase, global implementations.

Strong analytical and process management skills required including a thorough understanding to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. 

Should be Customer focused and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Competent in verbal, written, presentation communication and interpersonal understanding.

Detail oriented, organized and ability to drive consensus from large groups of people.

Travel required.
