  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, demonstrating true mastery and a relentless passion for AI innovation, with a portfolio of projects that showcase significant innovation and technical depth.

  • Minimum 2 years of proven software engineering experience, with a record of building, deploying, and owning robust production systems.

  • Proficient in cloud platforms, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP); must be able to deploy, scale, and automate cloud-native solutions with confidence.

  • Expert-level proficiency in FastAPI and modern web frameworks; must architect high-performance, asynchronous services with ease.

  • Demonstrated experience migrating traditional machine learning models to Generative AI, including hands-on work with multimodal LLMs, SLMs, and BERT.

  • Proficient in designing, building, and orchestrating agentic AI automation systems.

  • Advanced, production-grade expertise in vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, AzureAISearch); must manage embeddings at scale and optimize for performance.

  • Strong Python programming skills;

  • Proficient in the vibe coding tools, platforms, and collaborative environments; must thrive in fast-paced, modern development ecosystems.

  • Deep experience in designing, developing, and testing APIs and data pipelines (REST, async, streaming); must deliver resilient, high-throughput solutions.

  • Proven ability to rigorously test, validate, and optimize algorithms for maximum reliability and performance.

  • Demonstrated expertise in building and orchestrating autonomous agents and their workflows.

  • Advanced data preprocessing and feature engineering skills; must transform complex, unstructured data into high-quality inputs for AI models.

  • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities; must excel at dissecting complex challenges and delivering actionable solutions.

  • Must be driven by a passion for continuous growth in AI.

  • A research-driven and innovative mindset is essential; must constantly prototype, challenge conventions, and push the boundaries of the field.
