We are seeking a Technical Product Owner with a strong background in regulatory frameworks, healthcare operations, and business process design to lead cross-functional development teams in delivering scalable, compliant, and operationally efficient products. This is a critical role at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, ensuring delivery of solutions that meet stringent regulatory requirements while supporting complex operational workflows across the healthcare domain.

• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Management role.

• Proven experience working in regulated industries, preferably in healthcare (HIPAA, CMS, state-level mandates, etc.).

• Deep understanding of healthcare operational domains such as:

◦ Call center workflows

◦ Claims and billing systems

◦ Member and provider management

◦ Underwriting processes

• Strong track record of designing and optimizing business processes for efficiency and compliance.

• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on complex system designs and integrations.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.



Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise healthcare platforms or technologies (e.g., Facets, Epic, TriZetto, Salesforce Health Cloud).

• Background in data privacy, audits, and managing compliance risk.

• Familiarity with business process management tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).
