Your future duties and responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions in a dynamic, agile environment. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into robust applications. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation and leadership capabilities, responsible for mentoring junior developers and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Process Builder.
Solid understanding of Salesforce's data and security models, and integration techniques using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
Proven ability to work within Agile/Scrum frameworks, including sprint planning and CI/CD practices.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
Experience leading technical design sessions and mentoring junior developers.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect are highly preferred.
