About the Project

TalentTalks is an internal innovation by VLink designed to solve one major hiring challenge: technical interviews take too much manual effort, are hard to standardize, and often lack fairness and consistency.

To fix this, VLink created TalentTalks, a smart platform that streamlines technical screening through AI-led interviews, structured evaluations, and secure proctoring—allowing teams to interview more candidates in less time with higher confidence.
